Sample Menu – Starters
Here is a sampling of our small plate offerings. Please note that items on our menu are subject to change daily. Prices range from $9-15.
- Outer Banks Antipasta – House smoked fresh local fish, cheese selection, fresh bruschetta and pickled vegetables served with flat bread.
- Flash Fried Calamari – Buttermilk soaked, then tossed in a seasoned flour with jalepeño slices, mandarin oranges, and whole-grain mustard lemon aioli.
- Sautéed Crab Salad – Mack Daddy’s version of crab dip from select lump crab meat, sautéed in a white wine lemon butter sauce, finished with diced tomatoes, scallions and fried capers, served with baguette toast.
- Tuna Yugura – A tower of fresh tuna tossed in a sweet Thai chili soy, stacked with white sticky rice, avocado, seaweed salad and tabico.
- PEI Mussels – Prince Edward Island Mussels, sautéed in Thai red curry coconut broth, fresh basil and garlic, served with herbed baguette.
- Cajun Shrimp Risotto – Local shrimp sautéed with scallions and garlic in a blackened sauce, folded into creamy gouda risotto, served with toasted baguette.
- Seafood & Avocado Ceviche – Mixture of fresh seafood marinated with lemon and lime juice, tossed with avocado and pico de gallo, served with warm cumin tortilla chips.
